Unframed: 27.5 by 36.3cm., 10¾ by 14¼in. The canvas appears to have been lined and is providing a strong and stable support. The work is in good overall condition, ready to hang. There is some craquelure visible in the upper right corner. There is a very tiny spot of lifting paint in the upper right corner and some slight rubbing to the extreme framing edges. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals an opaque layer of varnish and retouching to the left, lower and right framing edges.
